Sarah Jakes Roberts said it best:
"The more I activate what I know, the more God gives me vision and clarity for the unknown."
We often know what to do—whether it's avoiding unhealthy carbs, resisting the urge to be petty, or ignoring that DM we shouldn’t answer—but we fail to activate it.
I had gathered so much knowledge from weight loss videos and health tips, but nothing changed until I put it into action. I realized that faith without works is dead.
Once I activated what I knew, I became the main character of my own success story.
By working out and eating healthier, I lost 35 pounds before my 27th birthday, shedding not only physical but emotional weight as well. God was faithful throughout my journey.
If you’re struggling to adopt a healthier lifestyle, forgive someone, or start the ministry or business God has placed on your heart, let me encourage you—it’s worth doing. There’s so much glory on the other side. When we step into the things that scare us, God does the impossible. So, Sis, activate what you know and let God handle the rest—you won’t regret it.
